Makana Pember’s journey at Secured Alliance reflects her dedication to growth, compassion, and exceptional client care. She first joined the organization as an intern in 2022 before returning as a Care Manager after graduating. Over the past year, she transitioned from the Northern California region to Southern California, expanding her knowledge, building new relationships, and strengthening her skills.
As a Care Manager, Makana coordinates services, supports clients, collaborates with providers, and advocates for individuals both in the field and behind the scenes. She enjoys making a positive difference in her clients’ lives and values the flexibility and purpose her role provides. Her advice to others is simple: be confident, communicate openly, ask questions, and never stop learning.
